What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Room Management, Housekeeping Coordination, or Front Office Operations in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
  
• Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
  
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  
• 'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
  
• Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
  
• Strong understanding of Industry Regulations is beneficial.
  
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
  
• A professional, Insta-Worthy Appearance, always adhering to FIVE’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished, ‘FIVE-Styled’ demeanour.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors and Updates room status in the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) with Precision, ensuring Accuracy and real-time Information flow.
  
• Coordinates seamlessly with Housekeeping and Engineering Teams to guarantee Timely cleaning, maintenance, and Exquisite room readiness for Guest arrivals.
  
• Communicates proactively with the Front Office Team regarding availability, special requests, and discrepancies, safeguarding ‘FIVE-Star’ service at every Touchpoint.
  
• Inspects rooms regularly to Verify compliance with FIVE’s Industry-Leading Standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality, creating an Exceptional Guest Journey.
  
• Manages room inventory strategically to Optimise occupancy and revenue opportunities while Maintaining the buzzing ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  
• Responds promptly to Guest Requests and Complaints related to room status, delivering bespoke solutions with Professionalism and Flair.
  
• Maintains Meticulous Records of maintenance and repair issues, ensuring premium follow-up until resolution and flawless Room Presentation.
  
• Supports scheduled Inspections and Audits to reinforce quality assurance and uphold FIVE’s disruptive hospitality Benchmarks.
  
• Ensures strict adherence to health, safety, and security policies across Guest Room areas.
