Rope Access Supervisor (IRATA Level 1 / 2 / 3)

We are looking for experienced and IRATA-certified Rope Access Supervisors (Level 1, 2, or 3) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for carrying out rope access activities safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with IRATA standards and company safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rope access tasks at height in accordance with IRATA guidelines
• Supervise and lead rope access teams (especially for Level 3 candidates)
• Conduct site risk assessments and ensure all safety measures are followed
• Inspect and maintain rope access equipment
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
• Prepare daily reports and work documentation
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers

Requirements

• Valid IRATA Certification (Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 – Mandatory)
• Minimum 1–3 years of rope access experience (based on level)
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and risk assessment
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Good communication skills (English required)
• UAE experience is a plus
