Rope Access Technician

Rope Access Technicians (IRATA Level 1–3)

We’re hiring Rope Access Technicians for façade and glass cleaning projects.

Requirements:

• IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification (mandatory)
• Experience in façade/glass cleaning or related rope access work
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Responsibilities:

• Perform façade and glass cleaning using rope access techniques to meet safety and quality standards
• Assist in rigging, anchoring, and dismantling rope systems under supervision
• Clean building exteriors, signage, skylights, curtain walls, and canopies
• Follow instructions from Level 3 Technicians and Supervisors
• Inspect and maintain PPE and rope access gear daily
• Use cleaning tools, materials, and chemicals safely and correctly
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
• Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately
• Support ground-level operations and logistics when not on rope

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and certification level.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
