Rosalita's Cantina Des Peres is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our team!

We are looking for individuals with fantastic customer service and teamwork skills. Qualities we are specifically interested in are: great communication, outgoing personality, ambition to learn and improve, reliability and a friendly and positive attitude. Please have a reliable source of transportation.

Our team consists of talented, hardworking, professionals who are dedicated to their craft but also enjoys working with a strong, fun team.

SERVERS - Position requires evening and weekend availability. We are hiring for day and evenings, full and part time! (Servers take home $800-$1,000/week when working 30+hours)

BARTENDERS- All bartenders are trained as servers first, serving experience is required to be hired in this position. Evening and weekend availability. (Bartenders take home $1,000+/week when working 30+hours)

HOST - Must be very friendly and outgoing. Must be able to multi-task. Both day and evening shifts available. Hosts are responsible for To-Gos, and supplement their already competitive hourly wage with tips.(Hosts make $15/hour plus tips, which amount to about $20 per hour)

BUSSERS - Position requires evening and weekend availability. We are hiring for day and evenings, full and part time. (Bussers take home $500-800/week when working 30+hours)
