Montessori-inspired family in West Lake Hills seeks an emotionally intelligent, flexible ROTA nanny for three children (ages 1, 4, and 6). The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, organized, and experienced in supporting child development through play, STEM activities, outdoor adventures, and emotional guidance. Prior ROTA experience required. One week on/one week off schedule in a fully staffed household with frequent travel. Long-term role starting August 2026. $35-$40/hr DOE plus benefits.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
