Job Description

Minimum 13 years of experience required. Offering nearly 13 years of rich experience in spearheading Maintenance & Process Optimisation while working with reputed maintenance rotating equipment, steam turbine and centrifugal compressor. Led the erection & commissioning project of the Ethane Feed Flexibility Project (EFFP) in Reliance Industries-a successfully completed project. Fully involved in finalising selection of equipment and review during installation. Expertise in managing maintenance operations to reduce breakdown/downtime and enhance operational effectiveness of equipment; facilitated predictive & preventive maintenance schedules to improve equipment availability and reliability. Successfully led shutdown and breakdown maintenance of Cracker, Aromatic, Butadiene, MEG, PTA, POY, VCM and PE Plants. Led annual planned and emergency turnaround of different plants of Reliance Industries, Hazira Complex such as Cracker, MEG 1,2,3, PTA-1,2,3, POY, PVC & PE Plants. Received award for excellent job completion during commissioning of plant in JERP. Skilled in implementing standard maintenance practices & condition monitoring, conducting RCA and taking corrective actions for smooth day to day operations of the company.

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge Purview

• Maintenance Management Systems like SAP using PM and MM Module
• Using E Permit System in SAP / SMP for Rotary Equipment
