Rough Mill Estimator and Order Processor

Overview
Arbor & Ore is a high-end custom cabinetry, moulding, and interior door company specializing in premium architectural products for luxury residential projects. We work closely with builders, architects, designers, and contractors to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, accuracy, and service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Rough Mill Estimator and Order Processor to support our estimating, project coordination, and internal operations—this is not a sales-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural plans, specifications, and takeoffs related to moulding and millwork packages
• Assist with estimating, pricing, and scope development for moulding, millwork, and interior door projects
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotes, proposals, and revisions
• Enter estimates, orders, and project information into our ERP system (Innergy)
• Communicate internally with production, purchasing, and project management teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Coordinate with builders, contractors, and designers to answer technical and pricing-related questions
• Track quotes, revisions, approvals, and order status
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Support workload flow to ensure projects move efficiently from estimating to production

Qualifications

• Previous experience in moulding, millwork, cabinetry, estimating, or building materials administration preferred
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and architectural drawings
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems, spreadsheets, and ERP software (experience with Innergy is a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
