We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to various locations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks. We invest in driver training, safe vehicles, and predictable routes.

Prior experience at Amazon, UPS, DHL and other delivery experience is a plus! Driving experience such as Landscaping and Military encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Drive a company owned truck, following our strict safety standards on and off the road
• Use company owned technology to manage package delivery in a quick and safe manner
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules.

FEDEX GROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Must be able to pass a background screen
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must pass a DOT physical-able to lift packages up to 150lbs with equipment provided to assist
• Must have at least 1 year in the last 3 years of verifiable work driving experience (any driving that is part of a job where pay was received-Construction, Food Delivery, Landscaping, etc.)
• CDL NOT required
• Flexible schedule is a must. Expect to report for work each day at 7:30 am and finish when deliveries are completed

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. .
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required by the job duties.

Pay: $140.00 - $225.00 per day
