Route Delivery Driver for Upscale Dry Cleaner(4 Day Work Week)

About Us:

Appearance Plus Cleaners is a 40 year old dry cleaning & laundry company that services the Cincinnati Market. We are currently looking to add a couple people to our clothing care team. We clean, press, assemble, package and deliver our customer's clothing. Position Overview:

As a Route Service Representative, you will be responsible for servicing a designated route, delivering and picking up clothing, and ensuring a dynamic customer experience and satisfaction of our clients. You'll play a key role in building strong customer relationships and maintaining the quality of our service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route Management: Drive to designated stops along an established route and deliver clothing in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
• Sales Support: Assist with upselling products, getting new customers, recommending new services, and ensuring customers are aware of any promotions or special offers.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards while driving, including ensuring that the vehicle is well-maintained and operational.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physical Stamina to lift and move clothing and deliver to customer.
• Previous route delivery, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Willing to train.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be 25 years of age.
• Prior experience in route-based or field service roles.
• Familiarity with local area routes and geography.

Schedule:

• Part-time hours, typically 4 days per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Flexible scheduling, ideal for part time students or semi-retirement
• Occasional weekends may be required.
