Route Driver- Laboratory Courier

Current driver is leaving to pursue a different career.

We are a specialized courier service structured specifically for the laboratory industry. Our job is to efficiently transport specimens from client sites to lab sites, effectively allowing our clients to compete in today's market.

We are seeking highly motivated drivers in the Dallas Fort Worth area to join our courier team!

Requirements for qualified candidates:

• Must have a reliable and dependable car with working air conditioning
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License, and Liability insurance
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a personal smartphone with adequate data plan
• Must have availability to print, scan, and email paperwork
• Must have knowledge AND experience driving in D/FW traffic.
• Must be professional in attitude and dress
• **Must speak fluent English**

Service Details:

The start date for this route will be ASAP.

This route operates Monday through Friday, and is essentially the same daily, beginning at approximately 2:30 p.m. in Burleson. One stop is the next block over from a location we service and is only serviced Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The route proceeds through Plano, then continues to Garland and into the South Garland area, concluding around 5:40 p.m. in Coppell, TX. Our warehouse in Coppell is the drop point for this route. At the warehouse the driver will be responsible for making shipping boxes (4-5 boxes).

The average total distance covered on this daily route is 79.6 miles.

All drivers are RESPONSIBLE for their own individual route.

Compensation: Daily rate is $80 per day. Pay days are bi-weekly and by direct deposit (6th & 21st).

• You will be required to download and use two apps. One app is used to report specimen count, while the other is used for communication purposes. Both apps are free to download and use.

While you won't use much data during this route, it is necessary to have an adequate phone plan to ensure smooth communication and data usage.

• Do you understand that you will be engaged as an independent contractor and will be responsible for your own vehicle? As a contractor, you are responsible for your vehicle, maintenance, and fuel.
• This route requires about 10 to 15 minutes of taping up 3 to 4 boxes in a warehouse without air conditioning. Are you comfortable with that?
• Are you confident driving throughout Plano, Garland, and surrounding areas? This route requires a disciplined driver who can adapt to traffic, open stretches, and changing conditions while maintaining efficiency.
