Location: Novato, CA (routes throughout the Bay Area)

Pay: $23/hour starting, with potential to grow up to $28/hour based on performance and company growth

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Driver / Route Stocker / Warehouser to join our team. You’ll manage routes across the Bay Area, restock machines from our warehouse, and help us maintain our reputation for premium service.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive company vehicle to service vending machines across assigned routes.
• Load, stock, and rotate products in machines to maintain freshness and availability.
• Unpack deliveries and restock the warehouse as needed.
• Perform basic cleaning and light maintenance on machines.
• Track inventory, report low stock, and communicate product needs with the team.
• Represent The Goods professionally at all times while onsite with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from the warehouse.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
• Friendly, professional demeanor — you’ll interact with clients and staff at each location.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment.
