We’re hiring NON-CDL Route Service Reps (Louisville) to bring their positive attitude and helpful nature to our loyal customers. As a part of our team, you’ll ensure our customers have everything they need to operate safely, from laundered linens and uniforms to refreshing floor mats, or delivering an emergency supply of towels after a busy week.

Advantage Linen is the leading commercial laundry and textile rental service provider for restaurants, hotels, and medical facilities in the Louisville Metro Area.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

• Load large linen carts into the truck and deliver clean products to our customers
• Be the face of our company and interact with customers professionally
• Keep inventory levels and deliveries accurate
• Put products in the designated area at the delivery location
• Pick-up dirty products from the customer
• Return to our facility and unload large linen carts for onsite expert cleaning and pressing services
• Monitor the mechanical condition of the company vehicle
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations
• Some weekends may be required

Here’s who we are looking for:

• We LOVE reliable, positive people with organizational skills and a HEART for service!
• High school degree or equivalent- Hats off for your achievements!
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record- CDL not required- How great is that!
• Able to pass drug screening and DOT physical- “I regret being healthy today” …said no one ever!
• Able to push, pull, and lift to 80 pounds regularly (without assistance)- No gym membership required for this position!
• Able to work in all sorts of weather, too- We work in the Louisville Metro Area, and our customers depend on us!
