Routing and Driver Coordinator

If you are detailed oriented, enjoy problem solving and a fast paced environment and can handle multiple priorities at one time, this is the job for you. New Horizons of SWFL is looking for a logistical minded person to be the Routing & Driver Coordinator. This position requires one to step back and see the whole picture and be able to design bus/van routes while keeping timing, safety and efficiency in mind. Supervision experience is a must as you will be supervising 10 bus/van drivers.

In addition, you will assist the Operations Manager in vehicle maintenance and upkeep. The right candidate possesses the skills to communicate across departments, juggle multiple projects and can process changes quickly with a solution that meets the needs of the program.
