Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Track freight movements and update dispatch systems

Support load assignment and shipment coordination

Maintain detailed operational records

Communicate delivery status, exceptions, or delays to teams and drivers

Assist with workflow improvements and operational efficiency

Identify scheduling conflicts and escalate as necessary

Collaborate with Oregon-based systems to maintain consistent operations
