Roving Maintenance Technician

Summary Description- We’re looking for a Roving Maintenance Technician to support both multifamily and commercial properties. This role splits time between a primary residential community (Canal Overlook Apartments, located in Downtown Indianapolis, IN ) , multiple office properties, and portfolio-wide projects.

The technician performs general maintenance, repairs, and grounds support while ensuring all properties are maintained in a safe, functional, and professional condition. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple property types.
