The The Roving Maintenance Technician provides maintenance support across a portfolio of multifamily communities, assisting with staffing coverage, work orders, unit turns, renovations, and general property maintenance needs. This role supports safe, efficient property operations while delivering quality service and maintaining resident satisfaction across assigned communities.
