Norris & Stevens is looking for a high-energy, proactive, and reliable Roaming Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper to support communities across the Portland Metro area. What You'll Be Doing:

• Traveling between 4 well-maintained properties in Portland (mileage paid!)
• Performing light maintenance, groundskeeping, curb appeal upkeep, and minor repairs
• Assisting site teams with seasonal cleanups, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting issues and pitching in wherever you're needed most — every day is different!
• Taking ownership of your schedule while being backed by a solid, experienced regional team
