Royal Oak Brewery - Front Of House Manager Needed

Royal Oak Brewery is looking for a hands-on, energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team. We’re an award-winning neighborhood brewpub with great food, craft beer, and a strong local following.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Experience planning and coordinating parties or special events
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, Excel, email, scheduling software)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations
• Lead and train staff to deliver excellent guest service
• Manage private parties and large group events
• Work with the team to maintain smooth operations and a fun atmosphere

Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
