RPA Engineer

Must Known Tool - Power Automate Cloud We are looking for 3 Support Engineers to provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization for business processes built on Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations of automated workflows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with business users to resolve problems promptly. Key Responsibilities: a) Monitor and maintain existing Power Automate workflows to ensure uninterrupted business operations. b) Troubleshoot and resolve workflow failures, errors, and performance issues. c) Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide timely solutions. d) Perform regular health checks and optimization of automation processes. e) Document incidents, resolutions, and process improvements. f) Work closely with IT and business teams to implement enhancements and ensure compliance with governance standards. g) Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform features and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: a) Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and related tools (Power Automate & Cloud). b) Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook). c) Basic understanding of data connectors, APIs, and integration concepts. d) Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. e) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. f) Good communication and collaboration skills
