Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders. This role involves working closely with medical staff to deliver high-quality respiratory care, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ respiratory function and medical history.
• Develop and implement personalised treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, ventilator support, and aerosol treatments.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust protocols as necessary.
• Operate and maintain specialised respiratory equipment, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are upheld.
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory conditions and management strategies.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar role within a healthcare setting.
• Certification in Respiratory Therapy recognised by relevant professional bodies.
• Knowledge of current respiratory care practices, equipment, and technology.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions to patients and team members.

Pay: $1,620.00 - $1,800.00 per week
