RTA-Approved Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer)

We are seeking an RTA-approved Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer) to lead and manage dewatering and related service works. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background, proven leadership in project execution, and hands-on experience working with RTA standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dewatering projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with RTA regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Oversee site activities, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and ensure proper installation and commissioning.
• Maintain quality control and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• RTA approval as a Project Manager (must be valid).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dewatering works and mechanical service projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, piping, and site installation procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple site activities.
• Knowledge of regulations concerning the organization of work in R.O.W. utilities distribution manual
• Knowledge of ROW and Roads furniture
• Knowledge of standard cross-section and corridors.
• Full knowledge of methods of excavation and backfilling as per RTA standards.
• Safety requirements as per RTA standards.
• Asphalt & Tiles reinstatement as per RTA standards.
• NDRC methods
