We are seeking an RTA-approved Project Manager (Mechanical Engineer) to lead and manage dewatering and related service works. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background, proven leadership in project execution, and hands-on experience working with RTA standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise dewatering projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure compliance with RTA regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Oversee site activities, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems and ensure proper installation and commissioning.
- Maintain quality control and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- RTA approval as a Project Manager (must be valid).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dewatering works and mechanical service projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, piping, and site installation procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple site activities.
- Knowledge of regulations concerning the organization of work in R.O.W. utilities distribution manual
- Knowledge of ROW and Roads furniture
- Knowledge of standard cross-section and corridors.
- Full knowledge of methods of excavation and backfilling as per RTA standards.
- Safety requirements as per RTA standards.
- Asphalt & Tiles reinstatement as per RTA standards.
