RTC Facility Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Med Tech (must have group facilitation experience)

**** Open shifts:
- Mon-Thur 1pm-11pm (Four 10-hour shifts)

- Fri-Sun 6am-7pm (Three 13-hour shifts)

**** Please only apply if you have prior experience****

BHT/Med Tech MUST:
a) be able to FACILITATE GROUPS that keep the clients interested and learning, be a good mediator, keep structure and be able to think on your feet.

b) know basic assistance with self-administration of medication.

c) have experience with documentation.

BHT provides direct supervision for adults with behavioral health disorders that include but not limited to substance use disorder/addiction. Some of the daily responsibilities include assist with self-administration for medications, group facilitation, one on one guidance of clients, progress note writing, keeping rules and structure within the home.

- BHT must be able pass or have a Arizona fingerprint clearance card and be over 21 years of age. FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD REQUIRED
