RTE Oven/Blast Team Lead-Day Shift

Responsibilities:

To help the supervisor guide associates in Further Processing toward production goals and quality standards.

Knowledge, skills and Abilities:

Excellent Attendance and Personnel record

Able to work with minimum Supervision

Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish

Able to operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax, etc.)

Weekend work required as necessary

Ability to train new associates

Ability to perform all jobs in the department at line speed

Knowledge of workplace safety rules

Ability to complete paperwork accurately

Ability to perform multiple duties

Education & Experience

GED or equivalent

Proficient math and computer skills
