Job Title: Rubber Mill OperatorJob Summary:

The Rubber Mill Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring rubber mixing mills to process raw rubber materials into finished compounds according to production specifications. The role ensures quality, safety, and efficiency in rubber processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and control rubber mixing mills and related equipment.
• Feed raw rubber and chemicals into the mill according to formulation sheets.
• Monitor temperature, speed, and material consistency during mixing.
• Cut, blend, and sheet rubber compounds as required.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in rubber manufacturing or industrial production preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to read work orders and production specifications.
• Physically fit (ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods).
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
