Ruby on Rails Developer

We are looking for a motivated Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing development team in Okara. If you have hands-on experience building web applications with Ruby on Rails and are eager to work on real-world products, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product teams.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of React.js or other frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as RSpec.
