Ruby on Rails Developer (Kannada)

Job Title: Kannada Speaking Ruby on Rails Developer (1–3 Years Experience)

Location: Waghle Estate, Thane
Employment Type: Full-time, In-office (not a remote position)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Ruby on Rails Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. Fluency in Kannada is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required
• Assist in database design, schema migrations, and performance tuning
• Contribute to deployment and release management processes
• Communicate with Whistleblowers in Kannada (training shall be provided)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Basic understanding of testing frameworks (RSpec, Minitest, etc.)
• Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any stream

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
