We are pivoting from a door-to-door-led model to a digital-first marketing approach that will fuel aggressive customer acquisition and recurring revenue growth. This is not a role where you inherit a playbook. You will build it.
In close partnership with the CMO, who sets the strategic vision and performance framework for the platform, you will translate that direction into day-to-day execution and measurable results. You will manage agency and vendor relationships, produce compelling video and social content, drive lead generation, and build the ROAS-focused marketing engine that scales Rumble.

What You Will Own
- Architect and execute Rumble's pivot to a digital-first customer acquisition strategy. Build the roadmap, own the results.
- Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads, LSA), SEO, AI-powered search platforms (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, GEO), paid social, display, retargeting, email, and SMS to drive lead volume, booking rates, and closed revenue.
- Be the tip of the spear on channel innovation. Test new platforms, analyze performance, pivot fast on what is not working, and double down where the data says go.
- Own the full marketing funnel from impression to closed sale, partnering with sales to maximize conversion at every stage.
- Leverage FieldRoutes CRM data to refine targeting, personalize outreach, and improve lead-to-close conversion.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across all branch markets, driving review generation and local search visibility.
Video, Social Media, and Content
- Create high-impact video content that brings the Rumble brand to life, showcases technicians in action, and drives engagement. Video is a core competency of this role, not an afterthought.
- Own Rumble's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) with a content calendar that generates awareness, community engagement, and inbound leads.
- Develop video assets for paid campaigns, organic social, landing pages, and sales enablement.
- Turn seasonal pest activity, local events, and customer moments into shareable content that builds brand authority.
ROAS, Analytics, and Attribution
- Establish a rigorous ROAS-focused performance framework for full-funnel visibility by channel.
- Deliver clear, separated paid vs. organic reporting. No blended metrics. A marketing champion needs to know exactly where every dollar is working.
- Track and optimize CAC and LTV to ensure marketing efficiency improves as the platform scales.
- Present monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and a forward-looking channel strategy developed in alignment with the CMO.
Subscription and Revenue Growth
- Drive recurring revenue subscription growth, including quarterly treatment programs, through targeted campaigns, email/SMS nurture sequences, and retention marketing that reduces churn and increases LTV.
- Execute cross-sell and upsell programs that expand average customer value through bundled services (termite, mosquito, rodent) and seasonal add-ons.
- Build sales enablement materials and competitive positioning tools that improve closing effectiveness.
Brand Champion
- Own the Rumble brand day-to-day, ensuring all output (digital, print, video, signage) aligns with brand guidelines, consistency, and tone.
- Support community marketing and sponsorships that build trust in the markets we serve.
Who You Are
A Competitive Builder. You write the playbook, not wait for one. You take ownership of outcomes and measure yourself against revenue impact.
A Digital-First Operator. You know what winning looks like across paid search, SEO, AI-powered search, and social. You diagnose performance gaps quickly and reallocate budget to double down on what works. CAC, LTV, ROAS, and booking-to-close ratios are second nature.
A Video and Social Content Creator. You can shoot and edit video that performs. You understand what stops the scroll, and you are fluent in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
An Independent Force Multiplier. You are the marketing team, supported by agency partners and the CMO's strategic direction. You prioritize ruthlessly and deliver at a high level to help our Branch Managers win every day.
Revenue-Minded. You think in booked calls, closed revenue, and EBITDA impact. You take pride in showing the scoreboard.
Qualifications - Required
- 4-7+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on digital performance marketing and lead generation in a direct-to-consumer or home services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LSA, Meta, and other digital channels with a ROAS focus.
- Strong video production and social media content creation skills. You must be able to shoot, edit, and publish compelling video. Non-negotiable.
- Proven experience managing external agencies and vendors to deliver quality work on time and on budget.
- Proficient in marketing analytics: Google Analytics, paid media dashboards, CRM reporting, and attribution tools.
- Understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and review generation for multi-location service businesses.
- Graphic design capabilities (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for marketing collateral, social assets, and brand materials.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Springdale, AR. Onsite at corporate headquarters.
Preferred
- Experience in pest control, lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, or other residential home services.
- Experience marketing subscription or recurring revenue models, including retention and churn reduction.
- Familiarity with FieldRoutes, ServiceTitan, or other field service management CRMs.
- Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth, or acquisition-driven environment.
