Job Title: Runner – Beach Operations
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and service-oriented Runners to support our beach food & beverage and guest service operations. The Runner will be responsible for delivering orders, assisting waitstaff, and ensuring guests receive prompt and professional service. This is a fast-paced, outdoor role that requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will be active, friendly, and committed to providing a seamless beachside experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

-Order Delivery:
Quickly and accurately deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests in beach seating areas, cabanas, or lounges.

-Support Waitstaff:
Assist the service team by clearing tables, setting up service stations, and ensuring guest areas remain clean and organized.

-Guest Interaction:
Greet guests in a polite and professional manner, respond to simple requests, and ensure their needs are communicated to the service or kitchen team.

-Refill and Restock:
Keep service stations stocked with napkins, cutlery, condiments, and other necessary items. Refill water and assist with additional guest requests when needed.

-Cleanliness:
Help maintain cleanliness in the beach dining areas by clearing dishes, collecting trash, and resetting seating areas between guests.

-Coordination:
Work closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and a smooth guest experience.

-Speed and Efficiency:
Move swiftly across sandy and uneven surfaces to deliver items promptly and safely, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest service (preferred)

-Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor beach environment

-Good communication and teamwork skills

-Able to speak and understand basic English

-Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

-Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

-Experience working in a resort, beach club, or outdoor service environment

-Capable of Communicating in English & Arabic

Work Environment:

This is an active, outdoor role requiring extended time on your feet, walking on sand, and working in hot or humid weather. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential.
