Runner

• Deliver dishes with proper presentation and timing
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen and service team
• Assist in ensuring a smooth and refined dining experience
• Must be fluent in both Manderin and English

Busser

• Maintain table cleanliness and reset tables with attention to detail
• Support the service team to ensure seamless operations
• Anticipate guest needs and assist proactively

Server

• Provide attentive and professional table service
• Guide guests through the menu with strong product knowledge
• Ensure a polished and memorable dining experience from start to finish

Bartender

• Craft cocktails and beverages with consistency and precision
• Maintain a clean and organized bar environment
• Deliver warm, professional service while engaging with guests
