Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Runner/Server/Kitchen Helper. Duties

• Assist with food preparation and plating to support kitchen staff
• Clear and clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Restock supplies and ensure cleanliness of dining areas and kitchen stations
• Support banquet and catering events with setup, serving, and cleanup
• Handle food safely according to health regulations and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs promptly

Skills

• Experience in food handling, restaurant service, or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to serve in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic food preparation skills; experience with catering or banquet service is advantageous
• Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
• Previous barista or dietary aide experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the restaurant setting
• Knowledge of the food industry standards and best practices for hygiene and safety
