Duties

• Drive route vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
• Deliver packages directly to customers’ mailbox/doorsteps, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving items of various sizes, maintaining proper safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, obtain signatures when required, and document any delivery issues or discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously during deliveries.

Experience

• Prior experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
• Experience with route driving, heavy lifting, and moving items.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day.
