Duties

• Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions, to complete assigned routes
• Load, unload, and organize packages to ensure accurate deliveries and maintain route efficiency
• Deliver parcels directly to customers’ doorsteps, ensuring a positive customer experience through friendly service
• Use route navigation tools to follow the most efficient paths, adjusting as needed for traffic or road conditions
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving packages using forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary
• Perform heavy lifting of packages and parcels, sometimes requiring manual effort to load or unload items safely
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation for each route completed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred
• Prior delivery driver experience or courier background is highly desirable
• Ability to operate box trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles with manual transmission
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Physical ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day and perform moving tasks as needed
• Demonstrated reliability in route driving, load & unload procedures, and adhering to safety protocols
