Rural Carrier Associate (RCA)

Responsibilities:

- Deliver mail and packages to rural areas on assigned routes

- Operate a vehicle in a safe and responsible manner

- Load and unload mail and packages from the vehicle

- Provide excellent customer service to residents along the route

- Follow established delivery schedules and routes

- Collect outgoing mail from mailboxes

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups

Experience:

- Training is provided to all new hires

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents along the route

- Ability to lift and move packages up to 70 pounds

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery of mail and packages

- Good time management skills to complete deliveries within designated time frames
