The role

We are looking for a Senior Russian-English Translator (French-Spanish) to support our executive team and act as a key enabler of communication across the organization.

This position sits at the intersection of leadership, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. It plays a critical role in ensuring fast, accurate, and seamless communication between Russian-speaking and international teams.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, HR, Product, Supply Chain, and IT, providing real-time interpretation and high-level translation in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Beyond translation, this role requires strong business awareness, adaptability, and the ability to operate across multiple functions depending on priorities and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during internal and external strategic meetings
• Deliver real-time verbal interpretation and written translation for non-Russian speaking teams across Product, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and IT
• Act as a dedicated linguistic partner to senior stakeholders, including Legal, ensuring precision in technical and business-related topics
• Support cross-functional communication by adapting quickly to daily priorities and translation needs across the organization
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency of communication in a fast-paced, international business environment
• Contribute to maintaining high operational speed by enabling efficient collaboration between teams

Profile Requirements

• Native or fluent Russian and fluent English, with proven professional experience in translation and interpretation
• Strong experience performing simultaneous interpretation in high-pressure, professional environments
• Solid understanding of business and technical vocabulary across multiple functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Supply Chain, Product, IT)
• Ability to operate with strong autonomy and adapt quickly across different teams and topics
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
• Strong situational awareness and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in fashion, retail, or fast-fashion environments is a strong advantage

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in Spanish (Russian-Spanish translation)
• Professional proficiency in French (Russian-French translation)
