Duties

• Perform nail care treatments such as Russian manicures, Russian pedicures, builder gel, and nail art with precision and creativity.
• Apply color theory knowledge to recommend suitable colors and nail designs that complement clients’ skin tones and personal styles.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service to ensure client safety.
• Engage clients with excellent communication skills, offering personalized advice on nail care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities.
• Upsell additional services or retail products confidently while ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Valid Georgia cosmetology or esthetician license.
• Strong understanding of nail theory, color theory, nail products, and gel system
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through active listening and personalized care.
• Proficiency in sanitation practices aligned with industry standards for safety and hygiene.
• Skilled in nail care procedures such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, gel extension, and nail art design.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations for upselling products effectively while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products clearly and confidently.
