Russian-Speaking Accountant (UAE Experience)

Job Description:

• Manage accounting for multiple clients (outsourcing model)
• Maintain accounting records in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions, including income, expenses, and asset movements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle payroll processing
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and Corporate Tax filings
• Ensure compliance with Federal Tax Authority requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Liaise with auditors and prepare audit files
• Communicate directly with clients regarding accounting and financial matters

Requirements:

• Russian and English (fluent)
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax regulations of UAE
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
• Advanced MS Excel skills Experience managing multiple clients (outsourcing experience preferred)
• Knowledge of IFRS
• ACCA / CPA / CMA (completed or in progress)
• Knowledge of ESR and AML compliance
