Russian-Speaking Call Center Representative / Recruiter | Salary AED 3,500 + Commission

Job Description:
We are hiring Russian-speaking Call Center Representatives / Recruiters based in Dubai to support international recruitment operations and client communication.

Role Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound candidate/client calls
• Communicate professionally with Russian-speaking candidates and clients
• Explain job opportunities and company services
• Screen candidates and assess suitability
• Maintain candidate records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team
• Manage daily call targets and updates

Requirements:

• Fluent or native-level Russian speaker (mandatory)
• English communication skills required
• Male or female candidates can apply
• Previous call center or recruitment experience is an advantage
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

• Fixed salary AED 3,500 + commission
