If you have experience in cabinetry, finish carpentry, woodworking, furniture building, interiors, custom fabrication, or residential construction, we want to talk with you.

This position focuses heavily on interior restoration, custom woodwork, cabinetry, structural repairs, finish work, and creative problem-solving inside RVs and travel trailers.

What You'll Do

• Build, repair, and modify RV cabinetry, furniture, countertops, and storage systems.
• Perform interior remodeling, reconstruction, and restoration projects.
• Repair water-damaged walls, floors, cabinets, and structural wood components.
• Install trim, moldings, doors, hardware, and custom interior finishes.
• Fabricate custom solutions for unique customer requests and RV upgrades.
• Read measurements, layouts, and plans accurately.
• Work with plywood, hardwoods, laminates, composites, and specialty materials.
• Assist with interior renovations, remodels, and custom builds.
• Collaborate with technicians on larger restoration and reconstruction projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.

• Strong woodworking and carpentry skills.
• Experience using table saws, miter saws, routers, sanders, nailers, and common shop equipment.
• Ability to build with precision and attention to detail.
• Understanding of cabinetry construction and installation.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to custom projects.
• Pride in producing high-quality finished work.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cabinetry or finish carpentry experience.
• Marine, boat-building, or custom fabrication experience.
• Experience with laminates, veneers, and finish materials.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or RV systems is a bonus.
• Ability to fabricate and install custom solutions.
