RV TECHNICIAN

SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Year-Round
PAY RANGE: up to $90,000 per year/paid hourly (DOE, based on level)

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our RV Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining house systems on luxury motorcoaches. The role is open to technicians at multiple experience levels, from those looking to grow their skills to senior experts ready to lead by example.

RESPONSIBILITIES (ALL LEVELS)

• Diagnose, service, and repair RV electrical (12V/120V), plumbing, HVAC, propane, and appliance systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
• Troubleshoot chassis and house systems on diesel motorcoaches
• Support renovation, restoration, and modernization projects
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders
• Collaborate with a highly experienced technical team
• Uphold safety standards and exceptional workmanship quality

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair or maintenance experience
• Experience ranging from entry-level to 10+ years of advanced RV, diesel, automotive, or marine technician work
• Ability to work independently or under guidance, depending on level
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work on complex luxury motorcoach systems
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license

PREFERRED (LEVEL-DEPENDENT)

• RVIA or RVIA Master certification
• HVAC, electrical, propane, or EPA certifications
• Experience with highline diesel motorcoaches
• Leadership or mentoring experience (senior level)

TECH LEVELS & COMP

• Entry-Level RV Technician: $20–$26/hr
• Experienced RV Technician: $27–$39/hr
• Master RV Technician: $40–$45+/hr

(Level determined by experience, certifications, and diagnostic capability.)
