RV Show-Through & Sales Support Specialist

Budget RV Outlet of Buffalo (BRO) is looking for a friendly, outgoing RV Show-Through & Sales Support Specialist to join our team and be the first point of contact for customers exploring parts, accessories, and potential unit purchases.

In this unique role, you’ll blend front counter parts support, customer education, and light sales responsibilities, including the opportunity to earn commission when assisting with RV sales. If you enjoy teaching customers, recommending products, and stepping in to help close a sale when needed, this position is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support & Show-Throughs

  • Greet customers and serve as one of the first points of contact at the dealership.
  • Provide front-counter style assistance, answering questions about parts, accessories, maintenance items, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Lead show-throughs on units, explaining key features, functionality, safety procedures, and care.
  • Demonstrate proper operation of systems (water, electrical, towing, leveling, appliances, etc.).
  • Ensure customers feel confident and supported before taking delivery of their unit.

Parts & Accessory Guidance

  • Recommend essential accessories and maintenance items based on the customer’s unit and lifestyle.
  • Assist customers with selecting add-ons, upgrades, and seasonal gear.
  • Help maintain the parts counter area, including merchandise presentation and inventory awareness.

Intro Sales & Backup Unit Sales

  • Assist walk-ins with basic sales questions about units when Sales Consultants are unavailable.
  • Provide customers with unit features, differences between models, and lifestyle-based recommendations.
  • Help customers transition to a Sales Consultant for full sales appointments.
  • Earn commission on any unit sales you directly support or assist in closing.
  • Follow up with potential buyers when needed to maintain positive customer relationships.

Customer Experience

  • Create a welcoming, no-pressure environment that makes customers feel comfortable asking questions.
  • Document interactions and customer needs accurately.
  • Support overall dealership operations by communicating effectively with sales, service, and parts teams.

What You Bring

  • Friendly, approachable, customer-first attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking to groups or demonstrating products.
  • Basic understanding of RV systems is helpful, but not required as we will train.
  • Interest in both retail parts sales and occasional commission-based unit sales.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership.

Schedule

  • Monday through Saturday, with one day off during the week.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events and peak seasons.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
