Rx2Go — Front Desk Coordinator

Pay: $16–$18/hour| Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Type: 1099 Contractor | Location: In-office, Brooklyn

Rx2Go partners with pharmacies and medical providers to deliver prescriptions and medical supplies to patients across multiple U.S. markets. We're hiring a Front Desk Coordinator for our Brooklyn office — someone responsible, organized, and personable to keep our front desk and daily office operations running smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Greet, check in, and coordinate candidates and visitors
  • Handle general administrative and office tasks
  • Keep the daily office workflow on track
  • Support the broader team with operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Russian (both required)
  • Confident computer skills — email, MS Office, basic business systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
