S/4 Hana PMO

Koality, on behalf of one of our consulting partners, is supporting the delivery of Phase 2 of a global S/4 HANA-enabled treasury centralisation program for a major oil & gas client. Phase 1 is complete, and the focus is now on detailed design and integration of treasury processes, expanding the clients use of S/4 HANA.

We are seeking an experienced S/4 Hana PMO who will take ownership of program management, reporting, and daily client interaction. This is a fully onsite role in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, requiring relocation for the duration of the project.

Must-Haves

• 10+ years of SAP PMO experience (S/4 Hana focus preferred)
• Strong corporate treasury background
• Proven consulting experience in large-scale, global transformations

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
• Prior oil & gas sector experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong coordination and organisational ability
• Adaptability in multicultural environments
