We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with solid UAE market experience in the electronics and home appliances industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Drive business growth and achieve company sales targets
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and key accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team for optimum performance
• Strengthen brand presence and increase market penetration across the UAE

Requirements:

• Proven UAE experience in the electronics & home appliances sector
• Strong knowledge of the local market, distribution channels, and customer base
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• UAE driving license is an advantage
