Monitor on-the-ground execution of the HSE plan and ensure that planned actions are completed on-time, and records are being properly collected and maintained.
Execute trainings and education concepts for site personnel and contractor's personnel with regard to HSE during construction and commissioning activities.
Contribute to the implementation of the work permit system (e. g. technical check of the work permit sheets incl. the applicable documents).
Facilitate and support the performance of Job Safety Analysis, risk assessments and provide advice on controls.
Inspection of company's and contractor's temporary site facilities (e. g. office containers, social and sanitary facilities, warehouses, lay down areas and workshops) prior to the first use with regard to adherence to legal and project specific HSE requirements, if required
Execute safety walks on own responsibility according to project specification & participate in further walk-throughs, e. g. with, client's project management, site management and contractors.
Monitor the use of the required personal protection equipment.
Check on implementation and effectiveness of the protective measures determined in earlier safety walk records and incident investigation reports.
Contribute to systematic notification, reporting and investigation of HSE incidents (incl. unsafe practices and working conditions) according to company & client requirements.
Assist in planning and executing emergency response drills.
Other duties as assigned by the Site HSE Manager.
