Experience: MIN. 2-5 YEARS in the façade / Construction industry

Objective / Key purpose of the job:

Implement best practices and innovations to reduce risk at source.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage, inspect, and evaluate the health, safety, and environmental protection of worksites to ensure compliance with government regulations and BOCW standards

2. Monitor health, safety, and environmental protection compliance at the plant level by conducting workplace inspections and audits including those of contract operations and subcontractors

3. Provide advice on the interpretation of local government requirements and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations and codes

4. Liaise with regulatory authorities to promote safety and resolve any issues of non-compliance

5. Prevent injury and ill health by continuously improving our EHS programs through evaluation, review, and implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

6. Models and promotes an organizational culture that fosters safety practices through effective implementation of the EHS management system.

7. Ensure all EHS documentation and records are maintained in accordance with industry operating practices

8. Ensure the EHS Policies and objectives are set and achieved by application of strategic decisions.

9. Reduce or minimize the generation of waste to the extent feasible through source reduction or cost-effective recycling.

10. Investigate EHS accidents/incidents/hazards and recommend corrective and preventive action.

11. Monitor and Identify potential EHS concerns & Hazards and recommend suitable mitigating actions.

12. Be an active leader in promoting EHS processes and programs toward exceeding EHS goals

13. Ensuring all the activities are carried out with the required safety precautions.

14. Responsible for educating Workers & staff towards the implementation of Safety.

Preparing & maintaining safety-relevant documents as per Project/Company requirements.

Skill requirements:

Primary - MS Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Languages known:

English, Hindi - All or any South Indian Languages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
