Job Summary

PDC Buildcon LLP is looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Engineer to ensure strict compliance with safety standards across our civil construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor site safety plans and procedures
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers for safe execution of work
• Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at site
• Liaise with government authorities during safety inspections (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil preferred)
• Additional certification in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices (RCC, excavation, scaffolding, heavy machinery, etc.)
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently at site

Experience Required

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in safety management in civil construction projects
• Experience working with contracting firms preferred

Only PUNE-BASED CANDIDATES will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
