Safety Junior Officer

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE construction HSE experience (proof of experience required).
• Good knowledge of construction site safety practices and UAE HSE regulations.
• OSHAD Certificate is mandatory.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to communicate in Arabic and Urdu is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Team player with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard identification.
• Monitor compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
• Assist in toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns.
• Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Support incident investigations and follow-up actions.
• Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and comply with site safety rules.
