Safety Manager

MEP / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across MEP projects
• Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and client safety requirements
• Lead risk assessments, method statement reviews, and hazard identification
• Oversee site safety teams (Safety Officers, Supervisors)
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and safety performance reviews
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on safety matters
• Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
• Ensure all MEP activities (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Plumbing) are executed safely
• Monitor subcontractors’ safety compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Safety
• NEBOSH IGC (mandatory)
• NEBOSH Diploma / IOSH / OSHA (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction safety
• At least 8–10 years in MEP projects
• Strong experience in high-rise / infrastructure / industrial projects
• UAE/GCC experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.10 - AED1.20 per month

• Odoo ERP: 2 years (Required)
• Accounts & Finance: 3 years (Required)
