About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and proactive Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Site safety within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and must possess all relevant safety certifications. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, minimizing risks on-site, and promoting a strong safety culture across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and monitor the company’s safety policies, procedures, and guidelines on construction sites.

· Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

· Ensure compliance with KSA safety regulations and project-specific requirements.

· Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

· Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions to site personnel.

· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with recommendations.

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain a safe working environment.

· Maintain detailed documentation of safety activities, permits, and compliance records.

Requirements:

· 2-4 experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects in KSA.

· Must hold all relevant construction safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, First Aid, Fire Safety, or other recognized safety credentials).

· Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, safety standards, and construction site regulations.

· Excellent communication and reporting skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project environments.

· Strong attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
