Job Vacancy – Safety Officer (HSE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Full-time presence at the project site to implement and monitor all Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE HSE regulations.
• Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all workers, including subcontractors.
• Supervise proper material storage and safe load distribution.
• Establish and maintain safe access and exit routes for workers and equipment.
• Install and monitor safety signage, warning boards, and emergency exits.
• Oversee site housekeeping and proper removal of construction waste.
• Prepare daily and weekly safety reports.
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
• Stop any unsafe work that poses risk to life or property.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality & UAE HSE standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
